Indication
PEP RD is indicated for:
- Symptomatic Peptic / Duodenal Ulcers
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Benefits
Rabeprazole is a powerful proton pump inhibitor that suppresses acid formation in the stomach and helps to relieve acid related indigestion and heartburn.
Domperidone, a prokinetic agent that increases the movement of stomach and intestines allowing the food to pass easily through the stomach.
Precautions
May cause Diarrhoea / Dryness in mouth / Stomach pain / Headache. Most of these could be mild and may resolve by itself. Please consult your doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 24 hours.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 30°C or in air- conditioned area.
- Keep all medicine away from children.
